Our Story

One summer evening in July of 2019, my family and I were strolling the streets of New York City and I saw a man with a bright orange t-shirt that stated “ You are Loved by Jesus” in big white letters.  I instantly felt encouraged and was inspired with the idea of creating a t-shirt line as a way of uplifting others and inspiring them to encourage the people around them. 

As I thought about the inspiration from that bright orange t-shirt, my thoughts began to reflect back to my upbringing: the many sayings and lessons taught by my parents, the people that impacted my life in a positive way, and the word of God that has influenced me throughout my life and is still relevant today.

My nostalgia led me to memories of playing outside, making up dances, discovering friendship, and enjoying family.  Most importantly, I remembered where I learned about Jesus and His love for us.  

This is more than a street name or apparel brand, it is a symbol of the kind of encouragement we want to receive and to give to others.  It's a representation of the change we long to see in the world.  Each collection is designed as a way to encourage ourselves and others to grow in all aspects of life. It all took place at our home on Starflower Way.
